Living on the Dorset coast gives me something I am genuinely grateful for; experiencing the sea and connecting with nature. Whether exploring the coastline, diving beneath the waves, or simply watching the tide come in, these moments are where I reset, reflect and reconnect.
It’s also why coaching on the Dorset coast matters to me. I know from experience how it benefits our mind, wellbeing and creativity to unplug, step away from the desk and spend time in nature for a while. I want to share that with the people I work with.

Blue Ocean Living is about building a deeper connection with the sea and the natural world. It’s about slowing down. Paying attention. Noticing the environment around us and recognising that our wellbeing and the health of the natural world are not separate things, they’re deeply linked.
